Enrolment open · Cohort 001

Your voice doesn't have to stop when you do.

A graduated capture program that records how you speak, what you remember, how your face moves, and — at the upper tiers — how your brain actually responds. Then runs an interactive persona from it, for the people you leave behind.

The thesis

Three things became true at once. Nobody assembled them properly.

Capability isn't the bottleneck any more. Trust is. Provenance, consent scoping, honest capability claims, and a legal wrapper that survives your death — that's the part every competitor skips, and it's the entire bet.

01

Synthesis crossed the line

A few hours of clean audio yields a voice a spouse can't distinguish on a phone call. Talking-head video is close behind.

02

You have a machine-readable life

Messages, photos, location, purchases, wearables. A behavioural record no prior generation produced.

03

Models can answer as you

Retrieval-grounded generation answers as a person from their corpus — not merely about them.

04

The missing piece

A tamper-evident chain from every sentence the persona says back to the artifact you supplied.

The ladder

Six tiers. You choose the depth.

Each level is opt-in, separately priced, and revocable while you're competent. Nothing escalates you into a level you didn't individually approve.

Capture precision

Six levels of resolution

Ordered by what they cost you in comfort, privacy, and bodily integrity. Every level is separately consented and separately revocable.

L0

Volunteered corpus

Email, messages, photos, letters, home video, purchase history. Everything you already made.

Deployable
L1

Elicited autobiography

Structured interview across twelve life domains. Episodic memories, sensory-anchored, contradictions preserved.

Deployable
L2

Ambient behavioural telemetry

Wearables, location, keystroke rhythm, media, purchases. Per-stream toggles you control for life.

Deployable
L3

Non-invasive neuro — the head net

256 dry electrodes, 32×32 fNIRS optodes, IMU, eye tracking. Worn at home over 200 days.

Deployable
L4

Minimally invasive arrays

Endovascular, sub-scalp, and injectable fibre-optic neural mesh. Research track only — requires FDA IDE and IRB approval we do not hold.

Not for sale
L5

Post-mortem structural

Perfusion fixation within four hours, vitrification, ultramicrotome sectioning, volume electron microscopy.

Terminus
Signal honesty

256-channel scalp EEG does not read thoughts and does not decode memories. It yields reliable timing and state signal — recognition, effort, affect, surprise, engagement. Fused with your archive, that produces a response disposition model: not what you'd say, but how fast, how warmly, what bores you, what you find funny before you decide to laugh. That's the difference between a persona that recites correct facts and one your family says feels like you. Anyone selling scalp EEG as memory extraction is lying to you.

Load-bearing

What we refuse to claim

Grief technology has one reputational problem: it reads as exploitation of bereaved people. The vendor who says "talk to your mother again" gets one sale and a news story.

We would rather be the company palliative teams and estate lawyers are willing to name out loud.

It is not you.

The persona is a simulation fitted to evidence you supplied. It is not conscious, not sentient, and not continuous with you in any respect.

Terminus is not revival.

We preserve and image neural structure because it's the highest-resolution record of a person that exists. No known technology reconstructs a mind from it. None may ever.

It will get things wrong.

Which is why it is built to say so. Below its evidence threshold it declines — in your voice, in your manner — rather than inventing a memory your family might believe for years.

Fees buy effort, not a result.

We publish a fidelity rubric and contract to a band target with a remediation path. We do not guarantee the band, and we do not refund.

Cohort 001

Reserve a place while the corpus is still growing.

A $1,000 deposit holds your position and credits in full against any tier you later choose. Refundable for 14 days; non-refundable after that. Corpus depth is the product — the earlier you start, the better every tier gets.
